Founder / President & CEO
Chaplain Marisa Estrella is the Founder and President of Worldwide Veterans and Family Services, Inc., and a proud disabled veteran of the United States Army. She has dedicated her life to serving veterans and their families by providing housing support, community programs, and essential services. Her leadership is driven by compassion, discipline, and a strong commitment to ensuring that no veteran is left behind.
Steven J. Santana
General Manager / Vice Chairman
Steven J. Santana brings extensive experience in operations, logistics, and organizational management. He plays a key role in coordinating programs, supporting administrative functions, and ensuring that services are delivered efficiently to veterans and their families. His leadership helps maintain structure, accountability, and daily operational success.
Dr. Sergio Montolio, PhD
Program Director
Dr. Sergio Montolio is responsible for overseeing program development, community outreach, and service coordination. With a strong background in education and social services, he works closely with veterans and partner organizations to expand access to housing, training, and supportive programs that promote stability and independence.
